LaShawn Spry, affectionately known as Your Purpose Pusher, is an ordained pastor, renowned speaker, certified life coach, and accomplished author. Since 1998, she has been with the Miami-Dade Police Department, where she has earned certifications as a Training Officer, serves on the Crisis Intervention Team, and acts as a Peer Counselor.

LaShawn obtained her life coaching certification from the Bentley Coaching Institute in May 2017. She also holds certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and in Emotional Intelligence from the University of Michigan.

With a passion for helping women and teen girls fulfill their God-given purpose, LaShawn founded "Purposeful Living with LaShawn Spry" in 2017. Her mission is to encourage, inspire, and empower women and girls to live purposefully in all areas of life, focusing on faith, family, finances, and future. She specializes in one-on-one coaching and motivational speaking, challenging women to cultivate their God-given potential.

LaShawn is married to her best friend, Pastor Robert Spry II. Together, they have four beautiful daughters, four handsome sons, and five darling grandchildren. As First Lady of Faith and Life Fellowship Ministries in
Hollywood, Florida, LaShawn and her husband are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of faith, empowering individuals to embrace their God-given potential and transform their lives in powerful ways.
