By purchasing sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following: The advice, information, and opinions provided by Purposeful Living with LaShawn Spry are meant to offer general guidance on common life issues. While offered in good faith, you are not obligated to follow this advice. The advice, information, and opinions provided are not a substitute for professional services such as those from a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist, nor do they constitute legal or professional advice. You retain full responsibility for your own decisions and their outcomes. Purposeful Living with LaShawn Spry cannot be held liable for any actions you take. Additionally, you agree not to hold Purposeful Living with LaShawn Spry, or any of its employees, liable for any loss or costs incurred by you, or any associated parties, as a result of coaching, materials, or techniques offered by Purposeful Living with LaShawn Spry. Life Coaching Cancellation Policy Session Cancellations: • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to other clients. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session price. No-Shows: • If you fail to show up for a session without prior notice, this will be considered a “no-show.” No-show sessions are non-refundable and will be charged in full. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. Emergencies: • We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen circumstance arises that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the policy may be made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds: • Refunds are not offered for canceled sessions, but we will make every effort to reschedule a missed session if notified within the cancellation window. Package Cancellations • If you’ve purchased a coaching package and decide to discontinue, refunds will be provided only for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our policies help us maintain availability and provide quality service to all clients.
